Complaint from Ray Mr G Cliffside Park, NJover 9 years agoApproximately a year ago I gave Cliffside Cleaners a black/gray Columbia men's TITANIUM jacket, and it was the last time I would ever see it. The woman to whom I handed the jacket to got quite belligerent and defensive when I insisted that they either return the jacket, or compensate me for it. In the end not only did they never return the jacket, but kept the deposit I had given them.
